I traveled a circuitous road to discover the birthplace of my natural gifts hidden deep within me. Awakening Moment
It became clear to me how much I had lost touch with my emotions and feelings. Emotions are like a navigation system for your life. No feelings=No direction. In this awakening moment captured in my first-ever selfie, I was so overwhelmed with a flood of emotion that I felt inspired to document the moment. I knew I would have to retrain my mindset to learn how to fully embrace emotion again.
Marry ME
I had completely shut down. I moved through life either numb or in reaction mode. After reconnecting to my feelings, I realized that I had been putting everyone and everything else ahead of myself. I knew I needed to fall back in love with ME and treat myself as a priority in my life again. So, I made a deep commitment to ME and I married my-SELF.
Found my VOICE
I found my voice via my creative journey. I wondered, would anyone else have a similar experience discovering their own unique self-expression? I tapped into FLOW & MAGIC I couldn’t have imagined and the impact this freedom had on my life compelled me to share. I created my coaching business and group programs to teach what I learned and was so excited to witness the amazing results for my clients, too!
